The Down offers traditional hospitality, relaxing surroundings and stunning views of the Shropshire countryside. Our Dining Room and bar offers a Traditional Main Menu, our Famous Carvery and a Childrens Menu. Our Function Room & Dining Room can also cater for Buffets ideal for large parties.

Our acclaimed carvery, operates every lunch time 12 noon - 2.30pm and every evening 6.00pm - 9.00pm Monday to Saturday and 12noon - 8.30pm on Sundays, accompanied by our great country pub menu (excluding Sundays).
